We know how important it is for you to receive your goods promptly and efficiently and this is why we aim to dispatch all orders either same day or next working day. All orders to the UK are sent out by Fedex,DPD or by Royal Mail (dependent on size). Once the courier has collected your order from us you should receive it next working day, (note couriers do not deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays) for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands or Offshore Islands it takes approximately 2-3 working days.
Please note that cancellation of orders after dispatch will be charged a standard rate of £20.00 due to Courier charges for collections not from the warehouse address.

Undeliverable Orders
Orders that have been correctly dispatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer and which are subsequently returned to us, as undeliverable, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the goods and not the shipping costs. The customer is also required to make any further payment for re-shipment should this be required.
Cancellation of Orders

All items returned must be unused and in the original packaging and in saleable condition. The exception to this rule is paint made especially from a colour code or matched to a sample. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service.
Faulty Products
We do our best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, if in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. All original goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
